The following will give you some insight into how to do well in
Personal Interviews (PI). Read and then get in touch with me (Prakash Shesh) on

you will be trained in multiple sessions through one-on-one voice conferences.
All that you require is a computer, internet connection & an urge to do better.
It does not matter where you are located.
Contrary to what most
believe, a
Personal Interview (PI) is far more predictable than a written test.
Thus if one does proper “homework” before an interview, his / her performance
improves spectacularly.
The principle reason why people don’t do well in an
interview is that
they are unaware of the criteria on which they are
going to be assessed. If displaying proper etiquettes & being well dressed were
the main areas of assessment, probably all
candidates would get selected
- as everyone is on his/her best behavior.
In a PI one
cannot check the candidates’ knowledge of any subject because if that was
possible, why would have universities taken 3 or 4 years to confer a degree.
Please also remember that the
assessment in a PI has to be done in a
short time
(20 to 30 minutes) by and of
persons who are
complete strangers. The selection criteria should be
therefore “measurable” under such acute conditions.
PI is essentially a
HR (Human Relations) process that measures your professional and personal
MATURITY. What that gets broadly translated into is seeking answers to:
[a] Do you have opinions(on anything and everything around you)?
[b]Can you defend those opinions? You will realise that the
syllabus for PI training is essentially the whole sky
How does one scientifically tackle such a huge
spectrum?
I have improved the performance of thousands of candidates by leading them
though hundreds of questions and possible answers -
segregated into five
broad topics. Any interview question (asked in PIs for the entire spectrum
from an entry level job to that of a MD) has to come from one of these five
sections.
Remember, there is no alternative to intensive practice
