Sales Manager Fingerprint (SMF)
A sales manager needs to have hands on sales skills and knowledge as well as managerial skills. The SMF comprises of two comprehensive tests: The Sales Skills and Personality Profiler (SSaPP) and the Managerial Skills Profiler (MSP). The SMF will help you decide which of your sales guys will make good sales managers. It will also help you identify the strengths of your sales managers & understand their development areas.
Duration: About 75-85 minutes.

The Test has an inbuilt lie indicator in the form of a verification scale which tells us how truthfully the individual has answered the test items!!
